Slides Shark Shipping and Returns Policy

At Slides Shark, we understand the importance of clear and transparent shipping and return information. Here’s what you can expect when purchasing from us.

Shipping

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated at checkout and depend on the product(s) you order, delivery location, and your preferred delivery method. We offer various shipping options to suit your needs.

Delivery Timeframes:

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. We aim for delivery within 5-10 business days after order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Delivery Process:

Your order will be delivered to the designated location on your property. Please ensure that the delivery path is clear and accessible for the size and weight of the products (e.g., women’s boots, kids’ footwear). Note that additional arrangements may be required if offloading or placement of the items is needed.


Returns

30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy for new, unused items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping costs. Used or custom-ordered items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA):
    To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@slidesshark.com or call +1 (307) 302-0261 within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with an RA number for reference.

  2. Prepare the Item for Return:
    Securely package the item in its original packaging (if possible) to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Return Shipping:
    Ship the product to the following address, ensuring you reference the RA number on the package:

    For your protection, we recommend insuring the shipment for its full value and obtaining a tracking number for your records.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in new and unused condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.


Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used footwear (e.g., women’s boots or kids’ shoes)
  • Custom-ordered items
