At Slidesshark LLC, we are dedicated to ensuring your furry friend loves their new bed! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out perfectly, which is why we’ve created a straightforward and generous return policy. We want you (and your pet!) to be completely happy with your purchase.
That’s why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window with FREE return shipping. We stand by the quality of our beds, but if you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right!
1. 30 Days to Decide (With Free Returns!)
You have a full 30 days from the date you receive your Slidesshark bed to decide if it’s the perfect fit. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. The best part? Return shipping is completely FREE. We believe the return process should be just as comfortable as our beds.
2. What Can Be Returned?
We like to keep things simple. To be eligible for a return:

Items should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.

The bed should be free from excessive pet hair, stains, or damage. We know pets are curious, but please try to keep the bed clean during the trial period!

If you purchased a bundle or set, please return all items together.
3. The Return Process: Easy as 1-2-3

Contact Us: Send an email to support@slidesshark.com or call us at +1 385-685-0171. Provide your order number and let us know you’d like to start a return.

Get Your Label: We will email you a prepaid shipping label. Just print it out!

Pack & Ship: Repack the bed (use the original box if you still have it), attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier location listed on the label.
4. Quick & Efficient Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, we process your refund within 3–5 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email the moment it’s done. Refunds are always credited back to your original payment method.
5. Simple Exchanges
Need a different size, a new color to match your rug, or a different style entirely? No problem! Follow the same steps as a return, let us know what you’d like instead, and we’ll ship out your new selection as soon as we receive the original item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in our quality control, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out immediately. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
7. A Few Exceptions
To keep our prices fair and our shipping free, we cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been heavily soiled, chewed, or altered.
