These Terms and Conditions are basically the “house rules” for using our website and buying our products. By hanging out on our site or making a purchase, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve tried to keep the legal talk to a minimum, but please give this a quick read so we’re on the same page!

1. The Agreement

This is a legal bond between you and Slidesshark LLC. By using our site, you’re saying, “I get it, and I agree.” If you don’t agree with these rules, you shouldn’t use the site or buy our beds. We might update these terms as we grow, so it’s a good idea to check back every now and then.

2. Our Products & Service

We are all about high-quality, stylish, and—most importantly—comfy pet beds. Every product we sell is designed to help your furry friends get the best sleep possible. We use premium materials because we believe pets are family, and family deserves the best.

3. Your Account

You don’t need an account to shop, but it makes checking out a lot faster. If you do sign up, just make sure your info is accurate and keep your password safe. If you think someone else has hopped into your account, let us know right away so we can lock it down.

4. Pricing and Product Details

We do our best to make sure every photo and description is spot on. However, keep in mind:

Colors: Depending on your phone or computer screen, colors might look a tiny bit different in person.
Sizes: Dimensions are approximate (hand-sewn items can vary slightly).
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices or specs without a heads-up, but the price in your cart at checkout is what stays.

5. Payments & Orders

When you place an order, it’s an offer to buy. We might have to cancel an order if an item is suddenly out of stock or if something looks fishy (like potential fraud). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Everything is processed through secure, encrypted channels—your financial safety is a top priority for us.

6. Shipping (USA Only)

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Processing: It takes us 1–2 business days to get your order packed with love.
Delivery: Usually arrives in 3–6 business days. Once it leaves our hands, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can watch its journey!

7. Our “Happy Pet” 30-Day Guarantee

If your pet isn’t vibing with their new bed, don’t stress. You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

Free Returns: We cover the return shipping costs within the USA.
Condition: The bed needs to be in its original condition and packaging.
How-To: Just email support@slidesshark.com and we’ll send you a prepaid label.

8. 1-Year Warranty

We stand by our craftsmanship. We offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

What’s covered: Ripped seams or material failures from the factory.
What’s NOT covered: Chewing, scratching, “accidents,” or general wear and tear from a very active pet.

9. Liability Limits

We work hard to be perfect, but we can’t be liable for indirect damages or “what-if” scenarios. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product.

10. Rules of the Road (User Conduct)

Please be cool. Don’t try to hack our site, don’t use bots to scrape our data, and don’t post anything mean or unlawful. We want our community to be a positive space for pet lovers.

11. Governing Law

While we are based in Wyoming, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Sheridan County, WY.
