Is shipping really free? Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the USA. No minimum spend required.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping: 3–6 business days. Most customers see their package at their door within 4–8 business days total.

Do you ship internationally? Right now, we only ship within the United States. We’re focused on providing the best possible service domestically for the time being.

What if my package is lost or damaged? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us at support@slidesshark.com. We’ll work with the carrier to track it down or send you a replacement immediately.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day “Happy Paws” guarantee. If you aren’t 100% satisfied, you can return your item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.

Who pays for return shipping? We do! We provide a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns and exchanges within the USA.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The funds will go straight back to your original payment method.

What kind of warranty do you offer? We stand behind our quality with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a seam rips or a zipper fails due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right.
